JOB TITLE: Business Analyst


Responsibilities | Business Analyst at Africa Prudential

  1. Develop Business requirement documentation (user stories and journey mapping)
  2. Handle Stakeholders management and engagement
  3. Provide UI/UX design and process flow leadership
  4. User Acceptance testing management
  5. Project risk management mitigation
  6. Liaison with development team
  7. Transition of business requests into functional requirement documents
  8. Test planning and test strategy development
  9. Document Business risk report at Steerco.
  10. Conduct research and analysis on identified technologies of interest.
  11. Work to help develop and research best in class practices for the organization
  12. Work on special projects outside of standard analysis as assigned by the manager.
  13. Create Client specific process models and business flows around technology solutions
  14. Perform review and subsequent remediation of client agreements using our technology solutions
  15. Understand and proactively keep up to date with the latest regulatory developments and issues which affect our clients.

  1. B.Sc./MBA in Sciences/Finance/Economics/ Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics etc.
  2.  ITIL, CCBA & CBAP and any Project Management certification will be of great advantage
  3. 5-10 years of professional experience (preferably in multinationals) with a focus on Strategy management, Brands and Commerce.
  4.   High mastery of the Microsoft Office package with proficiency in Excel.
