Early Life and education

Iking Ferry was born on 6th of September 1996 to his Father Mr Mbadiwe Innocent Agwu and His  Mother Mrs Mbadiwe Chinyere in Ebonyi State, the southeastern part of Nigeria. Ferry completed his primary education At Mkpuma Ekwaoku Community Primary School and Secondary Education at Union Secondary School Ndiezeoke.

Iking Ferry then went to the Yaba College of Education (YABATECH), a renowned polytechnic college in Nigeria. He then pursued a course in Music Business and Digital Marketing at the Los Angeles College of Music. Ferry Advanced his bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

Ferry Started his Career in Lagos Nigeria as a mobile telecom engineer after completing his secondary education in 2015. After some years later, his passion for music was Developed, Ferry became a songwriter, which motivated him to pursue a course in music at the Los Angeles College of Music in California.

After gathering substantial knowledge in the field of music, Ferry started his entrepreneurial journey in 2018, when he founded Naijatraffic, a media and news company that focuses specifically on the music industry.

Within two years Of The Establishment, Naijatraffic became one of the leading music streaming Digital stores in Nigeria. In 2019, Iking established Young Boss Empire, a subsidiary of Naijatraffic that focuses on artist management and music promotions.

Iking Ferry has five siblings, three brothers named Nwuze Emeka, Nwuze Ndubuisi, Nwede Chinedu, and two sisters named Nwuze Chika, Mbadiwe Amarachi. Ferry is a fitness enthusiast and likes to spend his free time at the gym.
